Q: Who has access to account information in Account View?
A: This depends on how your company billing is set up:

If your company is set-up for company-level billing, by entering the account number from your company-level statement, you will be able to view activity for all employee accounts (sub-accounts) that roll up to the company-level billing. Employees will have access only to their individual accounts; they will not be able to view the company’s account.

If each account within your company is billed individually
(each account holder makes a monthly payment), the company will not be able to view all of the accounts. However, each individual account holder can enroll in Account View to manage his/her account. If you would like to set up company-level billing for your company which will give you access to all company accounts on Account View, please call Business Card Services at 1-800-474-2101.
